The main project is located on a 2.5-hectare property, in San Rafael de Heredia (with access through San Isidro de Heredia), on Calle Chaves, 2 kilometers north of the school, only 2.5 kilometers from the Braulio Carrillo National Park. This is one of the loveliest properties in the area, with beautiful lawns and an exuberant hedge of cypress trees. The property has a 70-meter front on a public road and is accessed by paved road and has electricity, water, telephone, and, in the future, high-speed Internet services. After 4 lots have been sold, a guardhouse will be installed in the 10,000 square meter lot. The idea is that an Owner's Association will be established to finance security services.
This project includes three types of lots:
TYPE A: One 5,000 square meter lot, at a cost of US$ 85 per square meter. One 8,000 square meter lot, at a cost of US$ 60 per square meter. One 1,000 square meter lot and two 500 square meter lots, at a cost of US$ 110 per square meter.
TYPE B: Two 3,000 square meter lots, at a cost of US$ 85 per square meter.
TYPE C: One 1,200 square meter lot, at a cost of US$ 100 per square meter (already sold) and four 600 square meter lots, at a cost of US$ 110 per square meter.
All lots have formidable views, both towards the Central Valley and towards the mountain range known as Las Tres Marías . Furthermore, all lots have 70% coverage. Density will be one house per lot.
