This project is located in Concepción de San Isidro de Heredia, Calle Leones, 1 km north of the Church.

Access to the lots is by a paved road and both have water, electricity, and telephone services. A series of Colonial-Mediterranean-style homes have been built along the access road to these lots, and these buildings are quite uniform and completely integrated with the scenery surrounding them. A sense of harmony between landscape and architecture allows for total building coherence such as is pursued by Zurquí Development Group.

The project consists of two lots with a 300-degree visual angle, viewing both the Central Valley and the mountains around San Isidro de Heredia.

Lot A: The first lot measures 544.71 square meters, with a 13.32-meter front on the public road, by 40 meters deep. The price per square meter is US$ 110.

Lot B: The second lot measures 336.85 square meters, with a 15.75-meter front on the public road, and is 40 meters deep. The price per square meter is US$ 110.

Lot C: The third lot measures 576.57 square meters, with an access road from the public road., The price per square meter is US$ 110.

Lot D: The fourth lot measures 558.83 square meters, with an access road from the public road., The price per square meter is US$ 110.

Coverage on both lots is 50% and density is one house per lot.

It should be noted that originally a third 2,000 square meter lot was available, located behind the first two lots. This was sold in part and donated in part to the Empresa de Servicios Públicos de Heredia , in order to build a potable water tank to supply several districts: Concepción, San Josecito, Santa Cecilia, and San Isidro de Heredia. The tank will occupy an area of 500 square meters, partially submerged, with 2 meters underground and two meters above ground. Rather than being a disadvantage for our two lots, this situation is advantageous, since a permanent security guard will be stationed on the property.
